Greatest stretch adductor regression
Greatest stretch is a great combination of three warmup movement/stretches. A stretch to the adductors, a strong lunge with thoracic spine rotation, and a stretch to the hamstrings. The greatest stretch has been varied many ways, but here are some of my interpretations. Pairing each movement with breath will make these even more powerful. Focus on proper alignment, feet and hips, and nice deep inhales setting up the stretch, and then nice deep exhales as you deepen the stretch. Each part of the movement has you bracing your core as you exhale.
This version is a greatest stretch regression for the adductor stretch portion. This version keeps the back knee down to make this a gentler way to work the tight adductors while protecting the low back a bit.
