Hi, I am Bill Mohler, also known as Bill the Coach. I am a personal trainer, fitness coach, and massage therapist with a passion for bodywork and healthy living.
I help people with injuries, pain/chronic pain, and/or discomforts to overcome obstacles and get back to an active life. I also help people with these conditions who want to stay active.
I approach the body holistically and help clients to listen and connect to their body. I create personalized programs tailored to specific needs and goals. This provides a system to improve posture and body alignment, strengthen core, and balance out muscular imbalances, which relieves pain and increases mobility.
I have lived with chronic pain for 17 years, and have studied it for over 15 years. This gives me a unique background, perspective, and experience for my work.

In July 2024, I joined the elite opening team of LuxFit Mission Rock. Bill the Coach now has a stunning new state-of-the-art 5,500 sq/ft indoor waterfront facility, along with 2,000 sq/ft outdoor space, to call home.

Exercise and mind-muscle connection to stabilize and strengthen core, improve posture, balance muscles, and increase mobility.
Basics of Hatha yoga from the Ghosh lineage, which helps to stretch and strengthen the body.
Basic self bodywork maintenance tools, including YAMUNA® FOOT FITNESS and YAMUNA® BODY ROLLING.
Breathwork and energy work for grounding and efficient utilization of energy.

We start with a FREE consultation, where we assess your challenges, talk about your goals, and get to know each other. After I develop your personalized program, we are ready to go. Typically, improvements are noted the fastest and are the most dramatic if you commit to regular workouts with my coaching packages. These packages offer the best rates, and include the following:
